We warranty the workmanship of each Beacon Case for 45 days from the date of purchase.  If any issue with workmanship arises during this time period, please send an email to help@beaconcase.com to initiate an exchange or refund.  Minor imperfections in the wood, in addition to variations in color and wood grain may exist in your case.  These differences are fine and make your case unique!  It is important to understand that you are purchasing a handcrafted product constructed using natural materials.  These materials will wear and show signs of usage over time (think well-worn leather books).  Proper care is necessary to ensure your Beacon Case remains in tip top shape over time.  We do not warranty the protection of your tablet device, although we believe you will be pleased with the sturdiness of your case.
